This stunning rustic terrarium bracelet encapsulates a small part of a secret world that is hidden from our eyes. Upon a rock bed that’s riddled with cracks and crevices, covered with colourful mosses and magical mushrooms, rests a eerie monster skull, gleaming with silver and gold highlights.
 
This fantastical bracelet is the perfect gift for anyone with an appreciation of magical and unusual jewellery.
Every component in this bracelet has been painstakingly handmade and assembled. The bezel which holds the secret world was cut by hand with a piercing saw, sanded and then soldered onto a length of handmade copper chain. The bracelet was then polished to a satin sheen and left to naturally darken.
As the bracelet was aging to a beautiful deep copper, the miniature scene that is encapsulated by a small glass dome was carefully created over several days.
 
Made from polymer clay, each component in the scene was made from scratch, from the rock bed to the tiny mushrooms and skull, no detail being left out, not even the smallest one. The tiny mushrooms have everything from dainty gills to lumpy spots, and the skull even has faint coronal sutures. The scene was then painted to accentuate the details, and metallic silver and gold paint was added to aid a mystical aurora to the piece.
 
The miniature scene was then added to the bracelet's bezel setting and the glass dome was added to finish this one of a kind item.
 
The terrarium measures roughly 31mm x 31mm x 20mm and chain is adjustable and features a small hook.
 
Care should be taken when wearing it to avoid breaking the glass.
Avoid submerging in water.
