This is a beautiful and unique hand forged, solid silver ring which features a beautiful little hand sawn skull.
Using a length of 1.2 mm diameter sterling silver, the ring has been shaped around a mandrel and then hammered to work harden and flatten its surface. Painstakingly, an adorable tiny skull has been cut from 0.9mm think copper sheet, then drilled and sanded, and then added onto the ring with a dab of sterling silver solder.
The piece has then been polished and given an aged look with Liver of Sulpher, and a thin coat of lacquer has been added to help prevent tarnishing.
